This place suits me perfectly with its outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and fitness centre. I still remember how the staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy getaway!

    Super comfy stay!

The pool and hot tubs were perfect for the kids, and our room was cozy. The staff was super helpful when we had a minor issue with the fireplace. Only bummer was the bathroom wasn't as nice as you'd expect for the price. The breakfast options were tasty! Wish the lighting in the kitchen was better though.

    great location
    comfortable room
    check-out delays
    billing confusion

We had an amazing time at The Sebastian, Vail! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Gondola One, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great retreat after a long day on the slopes. Plus, the complimentary snacks were a delightful bonus!

The check-out process was a bit disorganized.

I enjoyed a 3-night stay in a beautifully styled room perfect for families. The on-site dining options were exceptional, offering a variety of delicious meals that delighted everyone. A special thanks to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Pro tip, Be sure to request extra towels for the kids right away!

    delicious breakfast burrito
    convenient location
    relaxing pool area
    stuffy temperature room
    billing confusion

Dining at Leonora rocked my world! I devoured their breakfast burrito, a delicious monster that could easily feed two. Plus, the convenient location next to Gondola One made hitting the slopes a breeze. The pool and hot tubs were also a perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing.

However, my stay had some hiccups. The rooms were stuffy. both were set to 75 degrees, making it tough to catch some Z's. Also, checking in felt a bit off—despite prepaying, there was confusion over the bill split, and I walked away with just a parking receipt. Quite the evening for a hefty price tag!

    disappointing response

Our group vacation was awesome! The staff made everything easy, so we could just focus on having fun.

I faced some trouble when I called to reschedule due to illness, and the response was quite disappointing for a luxury hotel.

    fantastic staff
    clean room

The staff here is simply fantastic it reminded me of people who cared for their own family. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were beyond comfy which was a huge win.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you know what, it was worth it.

    awesome time
    ski valets
    game table
    check-out delays

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the foot of the mountain with ski valets helping us gear up, and it was just effortless. The setting was perfect for relaxing at the game table in the library with a drink in hand. We made some unforgettable memories together!

However, the morning check-out could have been better organized. We faced delays when trying to get our vehicle, which was frustrating during a busy time.

    convenient location
    rooftop views
    cheap materials

Location makes it easy to explore around. you're just a short walk from the slopes. The rooftop terrace offers superb views, perfect for a drink after a long day of activities.

The room felt like it was built from bargain bin materials, including a shower curtain you'd find at a discount store—not what you'd expect at a luxury place. Navigating through the hotel felt like solving a maze. very poorly laid out. If you're in the mood for a quick coffee and muffin, good luck because there’s no convenient option for that.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the village. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I received a thoughtful surprise of champagne for my anniversary. The room was comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience. 🥂

    clean common areas
    cozy atmosphere
    pet-friendly treatments
    small pool

The cleanliness of the place is notable, and the common areas radiate a cozy ambiance. Rooms offer decent space, and amenities like complimentary water and treats for pets enhance the experience.

The pool is surprisingly small, with limited lounge chairs, making it a challenging spot for relaxation. Having a room facing an alleyway meant waking up to early morning noise from truck activity, which can be disruptive. Additionally, the prices for smaller items, like coffee at the lobby restaurant, feel disproportionately high and might leave you feeling a bit pinched.

    outdoor heated pool
    room service breakfast

From the moment I arrived, I was swept away by the warm atmosphere and the genuine friendliness of the staff. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub were absolute bliss after a long day on the slopes! I enjoyed a fabulous room service breakfast of eggs Benedict, which was simply outstanding – a great way to fuel up before heading out again.

    Would recommend ❤️❤️
